I faced several issues during my stay that left me feeling disheartened. Upon arrival, my room wasn’t ready, and the night staff were unhelpful, making me wait 45 minutes for a clean room while my kids were restless. Additionally, I had booked a family suite, but it still wasn’t cleaned by the early afternoon the next day, indicating a clear lack of organization in their cleaning schedule.

I enjoyed my stay in a cozy Deluxe Double Room. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was convenient, near metro and tram stops. Staff were friendly and helpful. 🥐...  

Solid spot for families

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the modern vibe of the superior room. My son had his own space, which was perfect! Nice shower and good room service. Breakfast buffet was decent with a nice selection. A bit of a haul to get to popular sights, but we didn't mind walking. The lobby could use more chairs though!

The breakfast spread was awesome, with everything from fresh fruits to hot sausages, and the room was super comfy with nice decor. I loved the chance to unwind in the solarium after a long day of exploring. Just wish the hair dryer worked better, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options from pastries to hot dishes. However, the noise from the hallway was distracting at night. I had to use earplugs due to the slamming doors and conversations from the corridors. Additionally, the furniture in some common areas felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Staff were generally helpful, but there were moments of disinterest. Overall, I had a lovely time, but a few adjustments could improve the overall experience.
